Claims

In the unfortunate event that you have experienced a loss and or damage please contact our office as soon as possible. We have dedicated claims staff that can assist and advise you of dealing with the claim and how we will continue to attend to the claim as it progresses.

Motor Vehicle Claims:  Report the circumstances to us as soon as possible. Complete a claim form and return it to us. Drivers should not make or sign any statements except to complete the claim form, provide information requested by your insurers or as required by the police or other authorities.

Please ensure you also have the details of any third parties. A checklist has been provided below:

• Name and address of owner/driver
• Phone number of owner/driver
• Description of vehicle
• Name of their insurance company
• Registration details
• Damage to their vehicle
• Name and addresses of any witnesses
