Part A - Public Liability Insurance
Your choice of $5,000,000, $10,000,000 or $20,000,000 cover
Part B - Professional Indemnity Limit $5,000,000 - Automatically included when Part A taken
We will pay to or on behalf of You subject to a maximum indemnity of $5,000,000 any one occurrence which You shall become legally liable to pay by way of compensation as a result of a claim or claims first made against You and notified to Us during the Period of Insurance arising out of any act, advice, error or omission committed to alleged to have been committed subsequent to the retroactive date by or on behalf of You in connection with the Your Business as specified in the Schedule
Inclusions

Automatic cover in respect to Personal Injury or Property Damage arising out of the participation in dancing, performances, exhibitions or related activities as described in the certificate.
Teachers
Automatic cover for up to 10 teachers including sub contractors and contractors
(additional teachers can be included for a small extra premium)
Concerts
Concerts, dance events & eisteddfods are automatically covered
One Policy For All Your Needs
You also have the choice of selecting cover for your property (building & contents), glass, mirrors, dance floors, burglary, money, cover to any of your goods Australia wide.

Molestation & Sexual Harassment
Any Activities involving the use of Pyrotechnics
Hold Harmless agreements with venues
This scheme is insured through a local Australian underwriter that provides efficient and professional claims handling.
